+ Very good and inspiring board, great values. Amazing company a few years ago. - Good a few years ago, the company is having difficulties to maintain a competitive compensation plan through the new « consumption model ». The company tried a few compensation plan very badly managed that ended up in either reps that were taking advantage of the framework issue either being punished by the next one … Being honest in this company is not always at your advantage. The initial success of the company is also suffering now from issues of skill at the first leadership levels that caused a lot of people to leave.

The technology is rock solid, ignore nay sayers or SQL evangelists. There is a genuine demand for MongoDB Atlas in the market.
