The technology is rock solid, ignore nay sayers or SQL evangelists. There is a genuine demand for MongoDB Atlas in the market. Having said that, the consumption model is difficult to forecast, difficult to make money out as commissions are delayed. Their is immense focus on skill & tech enablement which is a big win for someone new in their career (think 5 years or less) Culture is not the best but something you can do with. Can get toxic and super competitive at times. Ultimately like most places, your happiness is also partly dependent on your boss, was fortunate to have a good one. Would recommend the gig but more from a learning point of view than money making.

Poor experience - confused upper management, ever changing commission plans (and products which count towards your variable), micro-managing of your daily activities, and zero inbound opportunities to speak of.
