Good training and surrounded by great talent. Definitely a meat grinder and many folks have been leaving because pay is low and incentive pay has been slashed like crazy

MongoDB has great name recognition and good internal sales processes and tangible growth opportunities, but also has a significant amount of vicious internal politics and a very high amount of micromanagement.
