Leadership is lacking at Mixpanel. Turnover is extreme and the company doesn't seem to care. We lost most leadership and the company refuses to backfill positions. Not totally sure where the company thinks it's going? Everyone is confused and there is zero transparency.

There is constant change in sales leadership and global sales strategy. A lot of turnover in top leadership, and sales currently rolls up to the head of HR as does marketing.
