Decent organization that is very tight on cost so you end up wearing many hats and have to build most things out on your own.

The biggest issue is Exec and Sr Leadership. There is no Csuite. Just the CEO a head of product, and one person oversees HR/Marketing/Sales. None of them have sold before, and it shows.
