The biggest issue is Exec and Sr Leadership. There is no Csuite. Just the CEO a head of product, and one person oversees HR/Marketing/Sales. None of them have sold before, and it shows. No accountability to their decisions bec the board is only 4 people and one of them is the ceo. The second line sales leader in North America hasnt ever sold before either, and it shows…

There is constant change in sales leadership and global sales strategy. A lot of turnover in top leadership, and sales currently rolls up to the head of HR as does marketing.
