There is constant change in sales leadership and global sales strategy. A lot of turnover in top leadership, and sales currently rolls up to the head of HR as does marketing.

Generally regarded as a sinking ship organization internally. C-suite leaders generally are viewed as a major obstacle for sales, since overarching product strategy is not aligned with what the market wants.
