Miro's a great company and has a great product that customers love. Miro's going through a strange experimental phase to align to the new economy which will eventually pay off. If you have faith in Miro's pathway then you'll enjoy the ups and downs of the ride, if not... it could be difficult or frustrating dealing with constant changes and new messaging. Do your research on the product before interviewing across the 6 capability bundles -if you understand Miro's product market fit and you're passionate about the culture it creates in companies then you'll enjoy working for Miro and it won't be too hard to sell. If you don't quite understand the value and only see it as a whiteboard then it will be difficult and you probably won't understand what you're selling.

Learned a lot from my manager but there was a lot of micromanaging. Product wasn’t selling as much. People were struggling to hit quotas. Promotions were hard to get unless you had been in role for years and exceeding expectations which were hard to meet on an unrealistic quota.
