Miro's CPO is doing all the right things. That said, Miro needs to pay reps more, bottom line. Retaining top talent is not possible when you're not paying close to market rate. Hopefully this changes going forward and for future reps!

Former Employee3.6Apr 30, 2024Miro as a product was awesome to sell! Users love the tool and it helps solve real business challenges. The sales culture was pretty awful. Fake high performing culture that was rotting from the inside from exhaustion and lack of appreciation.
