Miro's CPO is doing all the right things. That said, Miro needs to pay reps more, bottom line. Retaining top talent is not possible when you're not paying close to market rate. Hopefully this changes going forward and for future reps!

Nobody is hitting their numbers and with inflation the pay wasn't worth it to stay. Started off great but slowly got worse. The people are great, the product is awesome but more of a nice to have rather than a need to have
