Azure AI and M365 are hot products, while Business Apps (ERP/CRM) are 2nd hand solutions here. The organization doesn’t have BDRs and no inbound marketing, so all your pipeline is 100% self sourced. The GTM changes monthly and quotas often change often too. It is very transactional and you’re basically a licensing rep. Expect high volume.

Leadership is everything, and instead of having a culture of great leaders who develop their people - with only a few bad apples, my experience has been the opposite. There's a few rare birds who are amazing. There seems to be only pressure.
