If you're pregnant or on maternity leave, you should worry about your job. Bonuses were not paid to staff who were on extended leave, as the people who were in role were considered higher.

Former Employee3.4May 7, 2024My overall experience left a lot to be desired from the Microsoft leadership. The teammates you have there are top notch and I highly recommend them, but management hired a few key bad people that made life there toxic.
