My overall experience was neutral. The company was "good" to work for if you're not out of the norm. If you're pregnant or on maternity leave, you should worry about your job. Bonuses were not paid to staff who were on extended leave, as the people who were in role were considered higher.

Overall MSFT was a good experience. The there isn't a great sales culture as there is a lot of red tape on deals. They stick to a dozen or so sales plays and if you're solution isn't within a key sales play, its difficult to get focus with the ATU
