Shamefully self-preservation oriented culture when times get tough, especially in the SVC office. Everyone for themselves and thick with incompetent middle managers. Avoid.

Microsoft is one of the best tech companies to work for. A safe haven from layoffs (usually) and management is a lot more relaxed. You do not make the same at other tech companies (ie Salesforce). However, in my experience Microsoft is a much more relaxed company which has a well-being focus. This is, of course, manager dependant so I do highly recommend to always...Read More
