Following up the RBI responses a user gave (thank you btw). Can you provide more explanation of RBI? So do you not have a quota? Is it a shared quota within the business unit? Can you provide a generic math example of the RBI payout?

More QuestionsHow is Diversity within Management roles? Any Female leaders in senior positions? I currently work at a large cyber security tech company, as an SDR manager, where we set meetings for AEs from inbound & outbounding leads. Does Microsoft (or Azure) have a position similar to this?
