You can read from the comments that you either love or don't. Many good things are going for Bird, but you have to be prepared for a Startup Culture. I can't entirely agree with how the Leadership gets slammed. Expect Founder Mode...

Messagebird Is being ran by a founder who doesn't know how to run a Saas organisation. He's more bothered about taking the employees to Marbella than actually fixing problems with process and product (things that will actually help reps hit target, which is why this is so low).
