Good experience overall but the compensation was low and the targets were very high. Leadership was saying "80% to goal is the new 100%"

Make sure you pick your manager very wisely. Quotas have been exploding, and many people are struggling to hit. They focus on metrics like email sent, events hosted, but don’t coach or get on calls with reps. With all that said, there are many opportunities with Cisco in networking and AI to create a career.
