Wouldn’t recommend to someone who’s been in the industry for a while this role is a stepping stone to either move to greater Cisco or get a job at another tech company that pays more. They have great learning and enablement. Leadership / management is 50/50 good and bad.

They focus on metrics like email sent, events hosted, but don’t coach or get on calls with reps. With all that said, there are many opportunities with Cisco in networking and AI to create a career.
