Most use this place as a means to move up to better things. Barely making it month to month and very burnt out, but can't take time off because I can't lose my job. Scared to even take a sick day.

Which has caused high attrition levels on BDR team. Management is solid and will help as best they can. Still in the semi start up realm, so there are ever changing rules.
