Current Employee2.1Dec 12, 2023Very bad startup and sales culture. Leadership lacks actual leadership skills. High churn with both clients and employees. Most use this place as a means to move up to better things. Barely making it month to month and very burnt out, but can't take time off because I can't lose my job. Scared to even take a sick day.
