Very bad startup and sales culture. Leadership lacks actual leadership skills. High churn with both clients and employees. Most use this place as a means to move up to better things. Barely making it month to month and very burnt out, but can't take time off because I can't lose my job. Scared to even take a sick day.

They micromanage like crazy. Only care about you hitting quotas. The BDR managers are super shady and essentially care about themselves but make it seem like they’re trying to help you out. Real shady business all around. Would not recommend

Great product, can be a grind. There is opportunity for growth, with many BDR’s funneling to AE roles. But low ceiling for not hitting quota, you will be fired ! Which has caused high attrition levels on BDR team. Management is solid and will help as best they can. Still in the semi start up realm, so there are ever changing rules.
