They micromanage like crazy. Only care about you hitting quotas. The BDR managers are super shady and essentially care about themselves but make it seem like they’re trying to help you out. Real shady business all around. Would not recommend

It was a good job in the beginning, but then it started to become very hard, because there was no clear direction on how to reach your quota basically just throwing you out to the wolves

This is a revolving door company. They were not honest when I interviewed about turnover. A very few number of reps are hitting their quota and it’s the same ones month after month. Please reach out to current reps for honest feedback on current quota attainment.

There can be good energy and flow to the role. The grind is real and there seems to be a systemic process to weed people out as promotion positions are few. The majority are not making quota despite following training to a T.
