It was a good job in the beginning, but then it started to become very hard, because there was no clear direction on how to reach your quota basically just throwing you out to the wolves

Great product, can be a grind. There is opportunity for growth, with many BDR’s funneling to AE roles. But low ceiling for not hitting quota, you will be fired ! Which has caused high attrition levels on BDR team. Management is solid and will help as best they can. Still in the semi start up realm, so there are ever changing rules. They micromanage like crazy. Only care about you hitting quotas. The BDR managers are super shady and essentially care about themselves but make it seem like they’re trying to help you out. Real shady business all around. Would not recommend

High turnover for BDRs Low amount of inbound leads and direct phone numbers to call. Heavy Micro management. Better BDR jobs out there.
