Lots of change and poorly managed at times. Quotas and comp plans solid once they were setup, but disorganized and late to get set each year. Most people who work here are bright and willing to collaborate. Started to feel political since going private at the end of 2021.

Great overall company but my onboarding experience has been terrible! The training they do have is irrelevant to a sales role and they can't seem to retain any sales operations staff.
