Medallia has gone through significant change since I joined, much of it not aligned with what I’d consider when seeking a place to work but I could see it being very attractive to someone who enjoys chaos and constant change. The coaching I received from my managers over the years was high quality and I truly worked with people who cared about me as a person as well as optimizing our outcomes.

Great experience at Medallia especially before we were public. When we went public the culture wasn’t quite as good. After Thoma Bravo acquired Medallia, things went downhill as a company. My manager was amazing and the people were good but many short sighted decisions were made and it’s damaged the culture and Medallia’s ability to grow.
