Believe the negative reviews. This is a terrible company to work for. The product is dysfunctional, there’s no GTM strategy, leadership is abysmal, and company culture is diseased. The CRM is an internally built pile of garbage, and no one’s books of business are protected in any way, so you’re all competing against reps across the country. This was the absolute worst few months of my career.

In less than 2 years, the compensation plan has changed 4 times at LoopNet, 1.5 years. Managers are looking for a silver bullet for sales. Warning.! Recruiters exaggerate earnings potential. They are under intense pressure to hire.
