Over all I had a good experience. The company is quite metric driven and quota attainment by the end of your first year is a must. Training and leadership support is minimal. You must find a way to your number or you will be on the chopping block. Bringing in a book of business is key.

Currently sales leaders are your typical pipeline collection agency types. It's a churn and burn environment with about 2% of reps hitting anywhere near quota.

Ambitious company with great ideas for the future. They want to play in more strategic deals, and develop further than a typical MSP. However, there GTM and execution is horrible. Leadership is legacy TelCo, they have no idea how to run Cloud/SaaS initiatives.
