My overall experience was confusing. The sales cycle is very long and really required a lot of hunting as there were little to no leads. We reported on all our activities weekly. The culture and transparency of the people was what drew me to LogicMonitor but it was the way they went about the reorganization that makes me question the company.

I had a decent experience, and from what I can see, a lot has changed since I last worked there. The primary challenges I experienced were a lack of diversity, and lacklustre sales training. Other aspects were OK, however, my experience there was coloured by these two aspects.

LM has a solid product, but it’s it not best of breed and loses a lot of ground to Datadog. It was a revolving door at the executive level when I was there and, thus, there was no consistent direction.
