Former Employee2.0Sep 24, 2024I had a decent experience, and from what I can see, a lot has changed since I last worked there. The primary challenges I experienced were a lack of diversity, and lacklustre sales training. Other aspects were OK, however, my experience there was coloured by these two aspects.

Former Employee1.7Aug 9, 2024Quota is unattainable with so many variables in order to hit full attainment you need to be a math genius to figure it out. High price. Marketing is terrible, most reps dont come close to hitting goal. Mgmt doesnt seemed concerned with this. Typical for a Vista owned PE firm
