Too many changes going on with upper leadership and false promises with internal rewards. Major dysfunction between Support and Sales and too many people on one team. Virtually everyone got laid off from the Sales Team.

Since raising quotas and adjusting comp plan, not a single seller in the entire org is tracking anywhere near their full OTE. Entire teams are selling less than 1 persons' quota.

Hate this company they are abusive and controlling change quota in the middle of a month and team structure all the time
