Thanks to the debt LivePerson is in, sales reps can expects to be vilified in an effort to take cash from their pockets. The T&Cs of comp plans and SPIFFs are changed in such a way that reps won't be fairly compensated. Buy hey, our execs on their big 6 and 7 figure salaries need their bonuses right? My experience at LP has certainly made me better at what I do. The product we sell is tailored to the a large enterprise and can thus be challenging to win new buiness. If you want to get into a new deal... your marketing / SDR resources aren't going to be much help. Hpe that helps.

The culture here is quite miserable. It seems like the ship is sinking, and reps rarely make quota. There is no realistic promotional path here either.
