The pandemic was great for it as businesses closed their contact centres so needed LivePerson's software. However that was then and this is now. The larger CCaaS providers have caught up in functionality and undercut on price. LivePerson is struggling to remain relevant and the inexperienced C suite don't have the track record to turn this sinking ship around. Browse Other Reviews
