Terrible leadership comprised of tenured former reps who do everything in their power to push blame to their reps and avoid changing anything because they are coasting as long as possible while making a large salary.

Working at LinkedIn is great. The 401k match, the ESPP, work life balance, and other benefits make it a very cushy place to work and advance your career. Highly recommend it for most people. If you're money hungry and want the highest OTE, its not the place for you, but just know that most reps make more than their OTE -- even if they do not hit their quota.
