That said I also felt like a small fish in a giant pond. Some of the culture feels manufactured, and management is hands off until a rep misses, then micromanages. Good for new employees, but a bit problematic for those who have been in the industry a few years.
But the people are great, still friends with them to this date, and the company has a whole is really committed to making great professionals, and to enabling them to be successful in their career no matter where they go.
