Outside sales org still pretty new and targets/ KPIs still being defined. No specific sales training provided and a lot of people hired at the same time. GTM strategy inside and outside was a copy paste and outboud motion was not really taken into consideration.

Culture did a complete 180. Used to be a great place that employees would take pride in working at. Since the start of 2024 management has made questionable decision after questionable decision.
