Former Employee3.7Jul 12, 2024A lot has changed, not just the campus and the logo. The company as a whole is an example of what a tech company should be. So far I haven't seen the bro culture that I expected. It's about performing and hitting your goals. Good for a positive seller.

Current Employee3.7Feb 12, 2024Lenovo’s leadership during Covid was impressive, but since then it has drastically declined. They also changed comp plans, so what I would have made last quarter with my % to goal was cut in half since 2021.

Current Employee3.9Oct 19, 2023My overall experience had been fairly positive - it’s just like any other corporate role. You are in charge of your own career. If you’re willing to put yourself out there and network properly and strive on doing your best vs. making excuses, you can certainly excel. Great product, solid leadership, quotas can suck someone’s, but it’s sales.
