Current Employee3.0Feb 19, 2024My overall experience was okay. Comp plans and development are the categories I’d critic the most.
Former Employee4.0Jan 26, 2024Overall, Lenovo is a great company to work for. Tons of resources and management cares about your successes and struggles. Great teamwork and encouragement from peers. Solid compensation.

Former Employee3.7Jul 12, 2024A lot has changed, not just the campus and the logo. The company as a whole is an example of what a tech company should be. So far I haven't seen the bro culture that I expected. It's about performing and hitting your goals. Good for a positive seller.

Current Employee4.0Feb 8, 2024Real solid place to work overall. Sales teams are thin compare to competitors; compensation seems on par with the industry. Has opened a lot of doors for me. Left for two years and came back to increase my pay. Lots of potential as a company. Trouble with revenue reporting for end-sales. Good people and culture.
