Quotas are not in touch with reality, and comp plans are not very motivating. There is a lot of ongoing change internally with a new CEO, and recently the CMO and CRO both left. The product is solid, and better than the competition, but deal cycles are slow for the ASP.

Overall the experience here has been good. The company is investing in marketing, sales training, and tools to support the team. Product is first in it's class, albeit in a niche offering. Great product and market fit. However, Quotas are way out of line and AE's do not make quota here based on low average deal size. Constant leadership changes.
