Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Lattice has a fantastic brand halo and that serves well for most of our existing business. However, recent changes to customer success and account management have turned those things on their head. Leadership seems only invested in what they think will drive success versus listening to reps and implementing new processes with minimal/rushed training.
There are systemic issues (SFDC reporting, TOS updates, free services that are premium elsewhere) that need to be addressed first. And those issues along with a lack of training are now coupled with a Comp plan that penalizes reps who inherit accounts that indicated early that they will churn and no save plays worked prior to the inheritance.
