Lacework is a unique place. It has its issues like every job. Leadership is a bit disconnected from the field, but they are addressing what needs to be addressed. I envision it being a new company and product in the next 6 months and becomes a desirable place to work again.

It is really sad to watch what is happening at Lacework - the field feels helpless while the company crumbles. I will be shocked if the investors are not attempting to package and sell Lacework for parts in the next year. Sutter Hill has totally left the company out to dry and isn't attempting to replace current leadership, which has been a trainwreck. There is zero...Read More
