Lacework is a unique place. It has its issues like every job. Leadership is a bit disconnected from the field, but they are addressing what needs to be addressed. I envision it being a new company and product in the next 6 months and becomes a desirable place to work again.

GTM strategy has changed 4 times, difficulties showing value to enterprise customers, no clear direction from senior leadership and lack of CRO. Would stay away at from company.

Lacework is extremely challenging at the moment due to an feature arms race with competition and lots of restructuring, but long term vision is solid, and when deals close, the payouts are insane (23% before any acceleraters).
