How would you assess the leadership team's effectiveness in providing coaching and development opportunities within the sales department? Based on your experience with leadership at Kore.ai, would you endorse working in their sales team?

Our sales leadership team operates as players/coaches with our sales representatives. We work diligently to get the right balance of coaching, development and execution within our fast paced startup environment with product market developments driving evolving change.  We understand this  incredibly fast paced environment can be exciting for some, but may not be the best fit for others. Kore ai is committed to being the most effective & successful leadership team for all our dedicated sales staff.

I would not now or ever work for this dysfunctional leadership team.  They have hired and lost or fired more employees than I have ever witnessed in my 20+ years of selling.  It is a toxic environment.  Heavily focused on feature first selling with little to no delivery of actually successful conversational ai solutions.  Complex and poorly guided support with ticket system to get help.  Long term, financial nightmare too.  5 missed payroll dates in one year. RUN don't walk from Kore.ai

Hands down the worst sales organization I have worked for in 20+ years.  There is no coaching, no leadership and no path to success.   Typical AE lasts ~7months.   A fear driven environment grounded in verbal abuse towards the sales team, mass layoffs and a revolving door of “sales leaders”.   RUN!

The leadership comes from the top down. And boy is it toxic. I've seen leadership bragging about tearing into a colleague and then reporting back about their poor behavior and laughing about it. It was encouraged!
