At Kore ai, we win as a team.  It takes a entire village to win multimillion dollar new logo deals successfully and we do this repeatedly. We encourage and celebrate all our teams (Business Development Representatives, Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Deal Desk, Partners, etc) working together in delivering the very best experience and product to our valued customers.

Depending on your sales team, it can either be "cut-throat" with a manager who thinks it is all about them or you can be on a sales team with a great manager who endorses your efforts.  Bottomline, culture is siloed and not collaborative.

There is no culture.   It is sink or swim from day one.   There is no sales training, product or platform training and relentless pressure to move large deals through a misguided sales process weekly.   Zero coaching and ongoing profanity laced belittling by the CEO.  Worst sales culture period!

Great question! My favorite instances were when the CEO screamed at all employees in front of your peers, really attacking your character, it was so motivating! I also love how they would find ways to not pay people their commissions, it made me work extra hard!  I also loved when the CEO fired the CRO in front of people and then called the CRO back the next day as if nothing happened, it set the tone as to who was the boss!
