My experience in Kong has been that the product is technically solid and a great market fit. The space and TAM is very good. Our go to market was pretty dysfunctional when I joined in 2022 but we have worked super hard to improve. 4 of my 7 AE's will be at 100% or more of the full year Target at the end of Q2 this year. Great pipeline for 2H. We have worked hard, built the team and process, we will have a fantastic 2024.

Kong is a great place to work at overall albeit challenging. Definitely going through its growing pains but for the right rep could be a place to thrive.
