OSS to Enterprise is a tough sell when there is little to differentiate and budgets are tight. Very toxic GTM environment.

Very heavy micromanagement. Heavy call activity metrics and everyone also reviews their emails with the VP and RDs every week. Last year a lot of people hit goal, it seems that is much less likely this year.
