Current Employee

Base and commissions were pretty low vs other companies in space. Additionally, they charge a premium to the reps for their products making it very difficult to sell with GP. Lease rates were very high.

Current Employee

VPs all come from same previous organization and if you do not come from that organization your advancement is limited at best. Very “good old boy club” mentality and squeezing the sales reps / changing the comp mid deal is common, but this is only in the west region I am familiar with, might not be true elsewhere in the company.
