Terrible culture, lack of vision or strategy in leadership across the board. CEO makes HR inappropriate jokes in the all hands and HR is clueless as well. CRO is inexperienced but likes to remind you he’s experienced, but the health of the business shows otherwise. Leadership says things are well and all of a sudden they silently layoff people.
