Sadly, the quality of this organization just continues to decline. Since Vista took them over they have been running the typical private equity playbook. Slowly rolling back compensation, OT and benefits while increasing expectations and trying to squeeze every last drop of water from the stone.

Quotas are unattainably high. I know it's easy to read that and roll your eyes or think you can break the mold but hear me out: when I left, it was normal for only 2-3 reps out of roughly 30 in SMB AE to hit quota per month, and the people who did were barely squeaking by.
