The best days are behind us at Knowbe4 This used to be a great company but is now a dumpster fire. Ever since the reorganization in April 2024, commission have been halved, with 20% payout decreases every quarter. Lead routing system is broken, and you can also no longer prospect your own accounts. You are given a list to work from and can’t deviate from it. We went from over 50% quota attainment to under 20%. Maybe someday it will improve, but it’s hard to imagine how.

They have recently changed comps for all sales. While lowering overall earning potential, they also cut off sections of the sales (I.e. upsell/cross sell) and changed market definitions to make them smaller. My overall experience has been great so far. I was the #1 AE in 2022, promoted to Director, & then I was the #1 Director in 2023. I’ve just received another promotion to MM Director with a substantial pay increase that goes into effect in April. Overall, very happy with my pay & growth!
