The best days are behind us at Knowbe4 This used to be a great company but is now a dumpster fire. Ever since the reorganization in April 2024, commission have been halved, with 20% payout decreases every quarter. Lead routing system is broken, and you can also no longer prospect your own accounts. You are given a list to work from and can’t deviate from it. We went from over 50% quota attainment to under 20%. Maybe someday it will improve, but it’s hard to imagine how.

My overall experience with KnowBe4 was amazing. Loved the people I worked with, immediate supervisors and support staff were top notch. Things changed a bit when company was taken private. Benefits were cut and the energy changed. They are still going through some changes, and I know they will figure it out. Nothing but the best wishes for them all.
