A lot of challenges currently exist within the org. High turnover from IC's and leadership doesn't help. Pouring money and resources into the wrong areas of focus. Little to nothing going to demand gen/marketing, yet over-hiring sales and SDR's.

A terribly run company. Most everyone who was part of the success & culture of the company have left. There is no culture or desire to create a culture with values. Khoros used to have a great culture and leadership until late 2022/early 2023 when the leadership team changed.

The company has changed a lot for the worse. TBH I think they are in real financial trouble. The CEO that they hired is not the right person for the job, They have gone through multiple sales leaders and currently have a megalomaniac running sales.
