Company is in disarray from multiple layoffs, massive leadership turnover, sunsetting several products, poor product vision, poor planning and lack of interest in any culture. Conducted employee survey, then wouldn't release the results.

This company is fine enough to work for to get a foot in the door. But the total lack of vision (or at least the lack of ability to disseminate that information down stream to the staff / team is rough). Great into company, but no promotional vision for internal employees.

The company has changed a lot for the worse. TBH I think they are in real financial trouble. The CEO that they hired is not the right person for the job, They have gone through multiple sales leaders and currently have a megalomaniac running sales.
